Flash back to INBA Season A this year! In just one week we get to do it all again!!! So excited to see my 4 first time competitors step up on stage this season and rock it! Today was the first day of Spring! πΈβπΌοΈ The sun was shining so perfectly and there was just such a great vibe among people wherever you went! .....oh unless you were on day 3 of gastro π·π ....yup that's my current situation ππΌ ---------------------------------- Turning a shitty time into an educational one I thought I'd give you all some info: What to do when sick -How NOT to lose your hard earned progress πͺπΌππΌ 1οΈβ£ Stay as consistent as possible with diet. Sure, with a tummy upset that may be living off of high carby simple foods... But at least stay within your caloric target. 2οΈβ£ Be patient. Allow your body time to rest and recover. Take a break from intense exercise. 3οΈβ£ Drink water! And LOTS of it! Flush out the sickness & stay hydrated. 4οΈβ£ Don't sabotage your journey. Use this down time to plan your workouts and shopping list for when you are back to optimum heath! Stay excited to get back on track and stick to your transformation & fitness bandwagon!...

Monday Check-in Day ππΌ #teampowerfit & @equalution together transforming lives one body at a time ππΌππΌ ---------------------------------- Today I measured in with another drop ππΌ (insert happy dance here) -0.6kg which is the lightest I have been since.. I don't even know... Since comp prep?! I am now 4.2kg lighter than my pre preg weight & feel so healthy! 20 weeks post partum and on my way to my best bod yet! Even if it is a #mumbod now πΆπΌ I have said it a thousand times before but: I honestly think pregnancy was the BEST thing to ever happen to me. (Not only because I have a beautiful little baby) but because I now have SO much respect & appreciation for my body. I am so much more patient with expecting results & I REALLY listen to my body. If I have no energy, I rest, if I am hungry, I fit in just what I need.
