Pilates and Running go hand in hand. Legs do a lot of the work in daily (or weekly) runs, but your core plays a critical role in keeping you strong, swift, stable, and injury free.
Our Swift 30 minute sessions strengthen and lengthen the muscles you use most while running, while focusing on core stability and balance to help you run faster, for longer, pain free. Our sessions also target upper body muscles often overlooked by runners, offering you a full body tone-up.
Located at Princes Park, Carlton VIC, we are where you run. Swift Pilates is your post-run core strengthening session, targeted muscle stretch and release and cool-down.

Dreaming of Molokai. The west end - a place of extremes. Mesquite trees dot the dry landscape as wild deer graze deep in the brush. Trails wind through the endless red dirt, staining your feet and ankles. Silver - grey landscapes suddenly revealing beaches of dreams, turquoise waters white sand and waves to ride endlessly. HI Loves, As we are still all close friends on this page so far - I'm doing a FREE PRACTICE SESSION next Thursday evening at Princes Park near the Bowls club. This is the first real practice for me with a full group in this location, Please come, be ready to move and help me get these sessions started! When: Thursday 1st of December at 7PM.
