With regards to maintenance work, the consumer today is very conscious of a quality job done safely. We are a member of the HIA. We stay informed of the latest safety requirements under the WHOS Act, and abide by them strictly.
We consist of two fully qualified tradesmen to take care of your maintenance issues, and whilst being a small business, we operate in a totally professional manner. We understand that having tradesman in your home can be uncomfortable for some, and that it can disrupt schedules and day to day household routine. Our aim is to provide our clients with the highest quality job, in a reasonable time frame, and in a friendly and courteous manner making each client feel at ease.
Most importantly, we promise to be on time every time or provide our clients with the courtesy of a phone call in the event that we may be delayed to organise alternative arrangements if the unforseen situation should arise with ample time to minimise any disturbance to our client's schedules and commitments.
We possess over 30 years combined experience in all aspects of general building, maintenance, cabinetmaking, shop-fitting and painting (six years employed by the Melbourne City Council - a reference will be provided on request).
Our integrity and customer relations are second to none, and our client's satisfaction and the quality of the finished project is our number one priority.
Our services include the smallest jobs (the changing of a simple entry lockset for example) to much greater scopes of work (through to the supply of a new kitchen or fully painted interior⁄exterior of a residential or commercial property).
We also offer an emergency after hours service for unforseen events such as, but not limited to: burst and leaking taps, damaged lock-sets and kitchen or bathroom repairs.
