✨ Pumpkin Pie Smoothie ✨ Gluten free, dairy free + vegan 1 cup frozen roasted pumpkin 1 frozen banana, chopped 1 cup milk of choice (coconut milk or cream is a tasty choice) 1 tsp cinnamon ½ teaspoon of ground nutmeg ¼ teaspoon allspice 1 small knob of fresh ginger ½ tsp ginger 2 dates 1 tbsp nut butter of choice (or tahini for nut free) ½ cup water Honey, maple or rice malt syrup to taste (optional) Method Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
