Another bag went out today :) When you ask for a postage price I tend to give 2 options. First is a larger box with the bag open and packed. Second is a smaller box which means the bag will come flat with the contents sitting on top. This is how the second option is packed :)

For those ladies that are wondering when to start exercising again after having a baby! My last baby was 3 years ago but I've finally gotten around to working on myself and I feel fantastic! 13kgs down since end of October :)
