http://www.caboolturenhc.com.au Welcome to the Caboolture Neighbourhood Centre
Sometimes life's frustrations and problems just seem too big or too difficult. We may be reluctant or unable to share our struggles with family or friends and are unsure of where assistance might be available.
The Caboolture Neighbourhood Centre is a friendly, local service which offers a range of support programs to meet the individual and community needs of the residents of the Caboolture-Morayfield area. The Centre provides direct access to skilled professionals who can assist community members who might be feeling distressed or experiencing a sense of helplessness as a consequence of their social, financial or health circumstances.
The programs, which can be delivered on an individual or group basis, provide opportunities for people to gain information and practical assistance which will enable them to manage their situation in a more helpful and sustainable manner. As a result people generally feel more in control of their own lives and are able to make choices which are relevant to their circumstances. For more information on the available services provided see Support Services and Courses/Groups on our menu on our website.
The Centre also hosts a number of community based groups which cater for more specific needs within the community. These groups utilise the Centre's facilities to conduct their meetings or courses independent of the Centre. These have been included in the Courses/Groups area of our site.
The Centre's relaxed and welcoming environment lends itself to community activities. The attracttive outdoor area with shady gazebos and the community garden are ideal for workshops, barbeques and gatherings. Please contact the Centre for more information and availability.
The Centre is located in George St, Caboolture and easily accessed by train or bus. Parking is also available in the adjacent multi-storey car park in Hasking Street (next to The Hub).
