Hey all, sorry for the slackness in updated but I am now recovering from a surgery for removal on hardened hematoma on my leg sustained from mva on my motor scooter last month. I am taking bookings for massage but no pilates classes as yet sorry. 😕

Hi all who are following this post. PILATES CLASSES and MASSAGE have been postponed until I heal from a very unfortunate fall I had from my new horse (now sadly returned) last Sunday. I sustained 4 fractured vertebrae. I am at home and can walk but must do it very mindfully so thank goodness for my knowledge of Pilates and Yoga and anatomy. Will keep you posted. XxxX
