We provide personalised rehabilitative movement therapy and fitness using the Pilates Method. MAT CLASSES:
Casual class  $18.
10-pack  $160 (3 month expiry).
General classes for relatively well bodies, teaching a range of pre-pilates, traditional and contemporary exercises.
Classes are small, with a maximum of 6 participants, to ensure a personalised approach and attention to the principles of Pilates.
Duration 1 hour, booking essential.
Mats and props provided.

STUDIO SESSIONS:
Introductory Package - 3x private sessions $80.
Casual duet 2:1 session $28.
10 pack duet 2:1 $260.
Casual private 1:1 session $50.
10 pack private 1:1 $480.
(10 packs have 3 month expiry)
Studio sessions are tailored for the individual following a postural and movement assessment.  Programs may be for rehabilitation or general fitness, with exercises performed using traditional Pilates equipment including the reformer, cadillac and wunda chair.
Sessions are held in a professional studio with a maximum of 3 people per group session.

MOBILE MAT CLASSES:
Sunshine Coast Region.
$25 per person.
Groups of 4 or more.
Travel fees apply some areas.
Flexible times available, including before & after hours.
