A gorgeous new pattern being released by Little Moo Designs in April. It's functional, cute and fits more than you think! I've used some gorgeous Riley Blake Designs fabric, some lovely soft leather from Sew To Grow and shiny hardware from Handbag Hardware Australia Customs available now in this pattern!

I've managed to sneak one more entry into the Epic Makers Market Night tonight!! I was inspired by this lovely range from Hawthorne Threads to make a sewing/crafting/notions organiser caddy or project tote! The market is being hosted by Little Moo Designs and you will be spoilt for choice amongst all the lovely bags, pouches and clutches on offer! A perfect chance to get some Christmas shopping done from the comfort of your lounge! Or just grab something for you! - Go on, #treatyoself - And you'll get warm fuzzies from supporting handmade too! It kicks off at 8pm AEST, so get the kids to bed, grab a vino and decide what you'd like to purchase so you can get in quick when it opens! (I'll pop a link to the album in the comments below x)

This handbag really showcases the gorgeous and whimsical Cotton & Steel fabric which is a favourite of mine! It's a lovely medium sized handbag with both a zip and slip pockets to hold your essentials! The pattern is a new design from Emkie Designs coming out later this month, but with a slight twist on the top closure!

I've had these adorable fabrics for a while and the cold weather got me thinking about making some nice snuggle blankies! The front is in the fab custom print minky and the back is this amazingly soft and thick bamboo fleece which has 70% bamboo and 30% organic cotton! Mmmm, so cosy! I have one of each print left! $60 pp. Boring nursery linen, just say no!! Strutting peacocks and smiling clouds are what you need!!

This fabric is so soft! I never tire of sewing it, and I love using premium cottons for nursery bedding. I imagine soft baby cheeks snuggling against the soft fabric and drifting off to sleep! *sigh

When you have kids you can never have too many storage solutions! These will start out as nappy containers but I'm sure will end up storing all sorts of things in the future - trains, Lego, undies, DVDs, socks... There's really no limit to their usefulness!

I don't know about you all but I love storage solutions! And using fabric baskets means you can match your decor perfectly! I'm making a couple of sets this week for nursery change tables, they're perfect for storing nappies, ointments and all the other "stuff" you need for bub! Available in sizes small to extra large, and with side pockets, $25-$55 pp. Message the page for more information and to order.
