I Love Burpees
Wednesday Night's Boxing class was purely defense focused, after 10 minutes of warm up there was 45 solid minutes of partner technique work..... and then it happened! Working in partners, going 1 for 1, 2 for 2 and so on right up to 10 for 10! Everybody loves Burpees!!!
Inspired by the performnace of Andy Ruiz Jr's work on Saturday night, the class focused on Jabs to the body and the defense against it.
