Ground at Norwich frozen, David Regester has cancelled any youth activity at the club this morning. Same at North Walsham for the U14's. All mini activity is off with two groups training indoors at the UEA. Good choice!

I can’t feel my fingers!

The Lions have reluctantly popped out for warm up and ended up chasing the tackle shields half way to Walberswick. A tad breezy!

Southwold is a beautiful place, even in winter...as long as you are a Husky or a Penguin! The Lions game is still on at the moment and it appears to have a wind chill of -9 according to the reliable BBC forecast (the same one that said yesterday we would be having heavy snow all day!). That wind chill is probably not measured at Southwold's pitch either. Could be worse, could be playing!

Diss have cancelled their mini festival on Sunday due to the forecast of bad weather. Check your age group Facebook pages for any alternative plans.

Saturday’s home fixture against Wanstead is off. Wanstead have conceded citing player availability issues. Norwich will be therefore be awarded a Home Walk Over.
