What a great camp tonight, I feel amazing! It was probably the toughest programme that I have ever designed within the 5 years that I have run boot camps! So well done to everyone who came tonight - and smashed it - AWHOOOOO It was also awesome that we had uneven numbers at the team stages which meant I got to join in :D :D Looking forward to next week when hopefully we will be back at our old beating ground (light depending) Have a well earned weekend and I will catch you all next week.

Awesome effort last night on a good old muddy boot camp! Unfortunately the clingsman videos (the only thing you could see was the marker) and photos didn't work out, but I hope you all had as much fun as I did? Anyone seeing this photo needs to take my word for it that it doesn't do us any justice with regards to how muddy we were!

This is Kayleigh's latest run results. Since going inside (to the gym) for the bad weather, we have been working on our strength endurance and you can see that it is really paying off. Although it is a different run, you can clearly see that the first four miles on the first set of results are a LOT slower than her latest results! Great effort and keep it up. I'm expecting huge things once we're at Nab Hill...
