At FryeFit we strive to give our members a unique fitness community to encourage and inspire them to achieve their goals no matter what they may be. We Started our business shortly after our youngest son was diagnosed with cancer. We needed to be able to take care of our baby but still provide not only for our regular bills but also the cost of the additional bills that come with such a diagnoses. Having already been a personal trainer for years and having club management experience I decided I would start training a few clients out of our home gym. Well that idea continued to grow and we are now FRYEFIT! A real physical location where not only can we provide for our family but also help our clients become the best version of themselves through diet and exercise!

Hey BFF's (best FryeFitters) here is the updated schedule for this week. No morning classes on Tuesday, and Kristen and Ryan will be substitute trainers for Christine this week. Thanks for your patience and continued thoughts and prayers as Christine stays in the hospital with her son in Phoenix.
Hey everyone! We wanted reach out and let you all know that we have an unforseen schedule change to our classes this week and Tuesday's classes won't start till 1pm. The amazing Kristen Kahne will take over classes for Christine Frye who's son was air lifted to Phoenix Children's hospital over the weekend and will be gone for an unknown amount of time. Classes WILL still happen as per the schedule all other days of the week just with 2 different substitute instructors. Thank you all for your understanding! We will post an updated schedule for you all tomorrow afternoon!

So today we wanted to shine a spotlight on one of our members. CeeCee is enrolled in our current boot camp, she hasn't missed a day! She has worked hard and inspires us all CeeCee WE ARE SO PROUD! We wanted to give her the opportunity to share her goals and accomplishments with all of you so you can encourage her as well. "So the reason I’m here is to start becoming a better version of myself. It sounds super silly but it’s the honest truth. I had surgery two years ago on my ankle and it’s never been the same. I’m here to prove myself, to see my self become a stronger, healthier version of myself. To do this for me. FryeFit studio has allowed me to see that I am stronger than I think I am. There’s just something awesome about being part of this fit family that you couldn’t find anywhere else. By being here this week I have already accomplished a major step for myself, which was to jump in anyway possible without having my ankle be an issue-never tried to jump before bootcamp due to me being afraid to push myself. This was accomplished on Monday. I never thought it would be possible or to be honest, that I would try it just from lack of fear and confidence. This is just the beginning of this journey for me but if I had to say what my overall goal is, that would be to be fit and healthy. Oh! And get that jump squat down for sure! So to Ryan and my awesome fellow boot campers, thank you for doing this with me! Can’t wait to see where we are in 5 weeks."
