You will be sent an email by the 1st with a meal plan, and cardio and workout regimen (all can be done at home and you do NOT have to be a member of my gym or live in the area to participate). You will send me photos by the 1st of April (front, back, and side view. Will only be seen by me if that’s your preference.) You will follow this plan for the whole month of April, and on the last day, the 30th you will send me photos again (front, back, and side view) I will review all photos and pick the top three contestants with biggest improvements. 1st place will receive 10 free personal training sessions with me at my gym, 2nd place will receive 5 free personal training sessions with me, and 3rd place will win a free shirt or hat from my gym. I hope that helps clarify things! It’s so much more than just 30 days because it gives you a PLAN and a schedule and I guarantee you will see progress and feel better as well! Hey guys! So Stephen and I have both gotten more messages/calls lately about male spots at SMASH. If he has a certain amount of male clients, he is considering opening up some spots for personal training sessions. If you’re interested, please message us so we can coordinate our schedules! Okay if you are wanting to participate in the SMASH CHALLENGE, here are the deets. January 1st is on a Monday, so we’ll start then! $30 to enter the challenge, and you’ll receive a meal plan and cardio plan as well as any other questions you need answered about workouts/supplements. I will be judging by photos, and I will be the ONLY one to see the photos. I will not be posting them as to respect your privacy (unless you say otherwise). So you will be required to send in pics starting on Monday, Jan 1st. Judging ends on Tuesday, February 1st so I’ll need final pics then. This contest is judged 100% by physical change in photos which I feel is more fair because some have weight that fluctuates. 1st place winner will receive 1 FREE MONTH (10 Sessions) of personal training sessions at SMASH FITNESS with me. 2nd place winner will receive 5 personal training sessions FREE at SMASH FITNESS with me. 3rd place winner will receive their pick of any SMASH FITNESS apparel (hats and tanks) If you are interested in entering the SMASH CHALLENGE, message me! FITNESS TIP of the day. FASTED CARDIO- Fasted cardio means any kind of cardio that gets your heart rate up, on an EMPTY stomach. Of course you can have water/pre workout/coffee beforehand but NO FOOD. Fasted cardio kick starts your metabolism and really gives you a ton of energy for the rest of the day, on top of burning tons and tons of extra fat since there’s nothing in your stomach to burn. I feel like a broken record saying this because I feel like I’ve repeated it 1763949 times, but every time I do someone is surprised or had no idea, so I just thought I’d share again! Majority of the time for me, I’m not even doing my fasted cardio because I want a hot bod. It’s like my morning cup of coffee. I can’t function throughout the whole day without it. Plus, it’s way better for you than your coffee or Red Bull! I am posting this from my morning 30 min stairmaster routine. 2 MINS LEFT!😈 Try it!💪🏼
