Classes include; kettlebells, ropes, spin, boxing, TRX suspension training, circuit training, and cardio/strength training.

Set your alarms!!!! 6:30 AM Saturday...

Have you ever wanted to do a group bike ride or maybe a sprint triathlon, but wasn't sure you were confident enough on the bike to complete the task? Being able to take spin classes all winter allowed me to stay in shape for the riding season. Last weekend I competed in the Wisconsin Tough Man Aqua Bike with a 1.2 mile swim and a 56 mile bike placing second and was first on the bike, on a very windy course. Competing against the Triathletes I was 6th overall on the bike course. Thanks to the spin classes I was able to do this. Saturday morning at 6:30 we will work on techniques that will help you do the same. Hope to see you there!
