Shut the font door, what the what?? Look what is coming to FIT in April. Buti Yoga! Check it out. This is going to be a fun way to switch up your workout options. Keep it interesting friends! FIT life is a fun life! Watch the schedule for the launch date. Wait I have more....listen up! Self Defense classes will be starting in April. They will be at 8:00pm for those of you looking for an evening workout! Also.....I know it's been a crazy week! PiYo & Barre Booty Camp starts back up for those looking for a class over the lunch hour. Sneak in a workout without getting too sweaty so you can head back to work. So much more happening in April but I don't want spill it all now, somethings are fun to hold out on, you know like the sweet gift in the Easter basket you weren't expecting :)!
