RiverLights is a new master-planned community with three miles of the Cape Fear River frontage in Wilmington, North Carolina. RiverLights is a new master-planned community along the Cape Fear River. The community comprises approximately 1,400 acres, is approved for 2,290 residential units, and will include a riverfront boardwalk and marina village, a 112-slip marina, and more than 700 acres of open space. We believe in fostering a community of dialogue and discussion between the RiverLights community, its fans and followers.
