The Dorothy Olson Aquatic Center is closed for the season. Hope to see you next summer! The Dorothy Olson Aquatic Center is Willmar's premier facility to beat the summer heat! Take the plunge on one of two raging water slides! One slide is fully enclosed the entire way down and the other open with both emptying into an attached plunge pool at the bottom. Go for a swim in the six-lane recreation pool with depths of 3 to 5 feet or enjoy some diving with the 1-meter diving boards standing over 10 foot crystal blue waters. For the younger guests, we have interactive play features and a mini slide all surrounded by a zero-depth entry pool with a max depth of 18-inches.
Swim attire is required for all swimmers. Children under the age of 13 years old must be supervised at all times by a responsible person 16 years of age or older.
The Dorothy Olson Aquatic Center also gives guests the perfect opportunity to relax while catching some sun in a chaise lounge, cooling off under the shade of 20-foot umbrellas or grabbing a snack or light meal at our full-service concession stand.

The DOAC is closed Saturday, August 20 due to cool temperature. Tomorrow's forecast looks much more favorable for a pool day!

Sorry folks- due to low temps and likelihood of precipitation the DOAC will not open Friday, August 19.
Red flag today at the DOAC, we will not be opening due to the weather. The Adaptive Swim Picnic has been cancelled for this evening.

Beginning Monday, August 15 the DOAC will be open daily 1-6pm, weather permitting, through Saturday, August 27.
The DOAC will be closing at 3:30pm this afternoon due to the weather. The adaptive swim party has been postponed to Thursday, August 18 (families involved please check your email).
