Directions, Ingredients, and Nutritional Facts Below 👇🏽 Yields: 4 servings | Serving Size: About 3 1/2 cups | Calories: 395 | Total Fat: 25g | Saturated Fat: 9g | Trans Fat: 0g | Cholesterol: 113mg | Sodium: 924mg | Carbohydrates: 14g | Fiber: 6g | Sugar: 5g | Protein: 31g | SmartPoints: 12 | Ingredients • 1-pound lean ground turkey, optional beef • 2 1/2 to 3 tablespoons taco seasoning • 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes • 1 cup grated reduced fat cheddar, • 6 cups shredded or thinly sliced lettuce • 1 cup guacamole • 1/2 cup salsa or enchilada sauce Directions Cook meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned, for about 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
