We want to help you build a habit and increase your accountability! The WORX first 6 week “MyZone Sprint” begins September 1st and ends October 15th. Any age* and fitness level can WIN! Sign up between: 8/23/17-8/31/17 Start date: 9/1/2017 End date: 10/15/2017 What you need: MyZone belt = $99 (unless you already have one). How it works: Wear your MyZone during workouts to earn MEPs. 100 MEPs=1 drawing ticket.** What are MEPs?: MEPs are MyZone Effort Points. that MEPs are earned by increasing your heartrate during a workout. The higher your heartrate the more MEP’s are earned. Invite to Enter: On September 1, 2017 you will receive a MyZone Sprint #1 Invite. Your invite will appear in your MyZone inbox. You will need to accept the invite to be able to participate. Final Event: Join us for a fun soiree at the Eastmont Worx Gym. We will have snacks and drinks available for you to enjoy while you fill out your drawing tickets and enter to win cash prizes! Must be present to win at final event. A proxy can be sent if you are unable to attend. Final event will be October 18th at 7:00 PM.

~Morning Mobility~ This 30-minute session is designed to tackle the two most common areas of restriction: the hips and shoulders. By focusing on increasing mobility and creating stability in these areas, you will get more out of your next workout. Using foam rollers and corrective exercises, this session will help you improve your range of motion, motor control, and overall performance. Mondays: Eastmont @ 9:30-10:00am (8/14/17 - 9/4/17) Tuesdays: Wenatchee @ 9:30-10:00am (8/15/17 - 9/5/17) FREE FOR ALLOY MEMBERS! $40 for the 4 weeks for non-alloy members. led by Heath Baker CPT
