Visit our website: www.communitysoulyoga.com - your first class is FREE! And for new members--30 days for $30!!  Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for awhile, Community Soul Yoga is a place that you’re going to feel comfortable. Classes are challenging and empowering, though there is never any pressure to push harder. It’s totally up to you where your yoga practice takes you. One thing is for sure, though–you will be surrounded by laughter, sweat, smiles, and a sense of community as you push past fears and discover how to love your life even more.

At Community Soul Yoga we practice in a moderately heated space (typically 80-85 degrees). Your experience on your mat will be a powerful one–whether emotionally, physically or spiritually. In a Long, Slow, Deep class the “power” lies in learning to be still and “stick with it” when the going gets tough, whereas in a Vinyasa or Bootcamp class, the “power” comes from being taken to your limits physically. There are no rigid “rules” to follow and we teach you to find the pose that is right for you. Remember, what seems impossible today may suddenly be possible the next time you step onto your mat. No matter your age, weight, or fitness level, our goal is for you to leave the studio feeling inspired and empowered. Being overly self-conscious and critical are counterproductive in yoga and in life. Bring a sense of humor to the mat, be willing to make mistakes, and remember that learning anything new takes time.

There's a lot of truth when folks say, "You're only one yoga class away from a good mood." Whatever's going on in life, there's just something about walking into a space that is warm and welcoming. Folks are chatting, some are relaxing, and there's always a smile when you need one. Add in an hour of empowering flow, and yeah...we all seem to leave in a little bit of a lighter mood than we arrived with. Come join us for practice. We think you'll see what we mean.

Give Thanks and Give Back! Join us for a special Thanksgiving Day Karma Class benefitting The Neighbors' Place. The Neighbors’ Place (TNP) is a homegrown community center providing a hand up to residents of Marathon County and the surrounding communities. In 1989, TNP was established as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization after nearly a decade of effort by members of several area churches that came together to address some of the needs they saw in our community. Their mission is a simple one: to be “People Helping People.” We are here to work collaboratively, listen respectfully, and care actively – treating everyone who comes through our doors with dignity. Together we have raised well over $6000 for the Neighbors Place through this event. It has become a holiday tradition for many to attend class and give back to our community. We hope you'll join us! Class size is limited to 24. Class times: 8-9:30am and 10-11:30am Suggested donation: $15 (can be pre-paid online) If you prefer to donate the day of the event, please be sure to register online to hold your space. This event always fills to capacity.
