Just added! Another "final" Rec Release. Water is on from 10:00am-4:00pm each day. Safety Requirements: Equipment Needed: Helmet, Approved life jacket (PFD), and boat flotation bags are required in your boat. No SUP Boards allowed- yet! Veterans from four chapters of the Team River Runners pose along the river in Whitewater Park, before getting into kayaks, Saturday and Sunday, July 22 and 23. Team River Runners is an organization which connects military veterans and their families with paddling for fun, challenge and friendship. Wausau Whitewater was honored to host the Team River Runners, and wish to thank Burn's Post 388 of the VFW and their Auxiliary, American Legion Post 492, Nueske's Smoked Meats and Cheryl and Ray Rogers for their help to make the weekend happen!
