Description
This page is for the members of Excel2BWell as well as those looking to be part of our family. We will post announcements, class offerings, etc. Excel2BWell features a Women's ONLY Zone which includes a circuit training format which includes low impact resistance training as well as some functional training stations. It is designed for women of all ages regardless of their current level of fitness. There is always someone here to greet you with a smile to assist and guide you through your workout. You join in at any time as there is an "open gym" concept which means you can workout when you want during operating hours.
In the near future there will also be a coed group training facility opening at the same location. These workouts will also be adaptable and challenging regardless of your level of fitness. Check back often for updates and class times.

Wait... you say Zumba and Yoga aren't your thing... well there's more. Come and join a group exercise class where there's something for everyone. Limited spaces at our 5am and 6am but we have plenty of room for you at our 9:00am, 4:30 and 5:30pm classes.
If Yoga isn't your thing then there is always Zumba.. Tuesday and Thursday night's at 6:30 and Saturday mornings at 8am. Hollie and Lisa would love to see you there.
Our second and final free Yoga class is tomorrow morning (June 3rd) at 6am. The class has reached capacity... if you didn't get in you are in luck. There will be classes every Monday evening (starting June 5th) at 6:30pm. There are also two more Saturday classes scheduled... June 17th and July 8th. All classes are on the MINDBODY app. Reserve your spot for these classes. Drop-in's are only $5. You may also purchase a punch card for $50 which will give you 12 classes total (2 free).

A couple quick reminders for our first yoga class this Saturday... Please bring your own mat if you have one. We only have 8 open spots left so please contact us asap if you want to reserve a spot. As always... we have Zumba every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 8:00am. We also still have openings in our 4:30 and 5:30pm group training classes too! come check us out... there's something for everyone😁

Classes are Saturday, May 20th and June 3rd at 6:00am. (Please bring your own mat if you have one) Here is a message from our instructor Andrea Oosterhouse! Hi! I’m Andrea! I’ve always enjoyed exercise in all forms but after my first hot power yoga class, I was hooked. I went to try to increase my flexibility but found out it was so much more than that. I’ve been practicing yoga for a few years now. I started my 200 hr training in January at the twisted warrior in FDL I am training in hot power yoga, so my classes will be power flows mostly. I like it because it challenges you physically and mentally. Power Yoga is based on a Power Vinyasa Yoga sequence. Vinyasa means flow. When we say flow we mean one yoga pose leads into the next. It moves quickly: Power Yoga is definitely an intense workout that will make you sweat. It also includes breathing exercises which you’ll practice throughout the yoga class, so on another level you’re flowing with your breath. Power Yoga is a modern and athletic form of yoga which is accessible to ALL. You’re free to take the modifications or a rest pose anytime, for as long as your body needs it. Yoga is for anybody and any BODY and I look forward to sharing it with you!
