Located in Waterbury, the food and beverage crossroads, we feature New England’s largest and best curated selection of craft beer, proper cocktails, eclectic wines with a full menu featuring barbecue, vegetarian and cozy American fare.
Here at Prohibition Pig, we are a locally owned restaurant dedicated to bringing you the freshest, highest quality food possible. We make everything in house, fresh every day and use locally raised, all-natural meats and local produce when in season. We recycle everything possible and are proud members of the Vermont Fresh Network.
We do not take reservations. Our dining room is hosted on a first come, first served basis. The bar and high tops are survival of the fittest.
