The event ends with traditional caroling from the Swedish St. Lucia Procession.

As part of Georgetown GLOW 2017, Silent Dance Society is hosting a Silent Disco at Washington Harbour (3000 K St, in front of Bangkok Joe's), near the GLOW installation 'Horizontal Interference.' Dance your heart out among a crowd of glowing headsets, as one of three different genres of music pumps through each one of them. As you switch between the channels, your headset will light up with a designated color for each DJ so you can easily tell what each attendee is dancing and listening to. Free and open to all ages! Experience the sparkle of the season at Georgetown GLOW, the region's only curated exhibition of outdoor public light art installations. Join us for the 4th edition, Friday, Dec. 8 - Sunday, Jan. 7. The 2017 light art exhibition will feature nine installations by local and international artists, with works lit from 5 - 10 pm nightly.
