Training facility offering the community TFW personal/group instruction, specialized athletic S&C, and nutritional education through our memberships. Dark Horse Fitness is a training facility not a fitness center or a health club. We are dedicated to results and strive to offer the most experienced, educated, and member/athlete focused staff in our area. Our general services include a well equipped facility, HIIT- based group fitness, personal training, and nutritional coaching. Additionally, we offer strength & conditioning for athletes (combat sports, football, softball, baseball,etc); performance nutrition and workshops for mobility and injury prevention. These programs are designed and coached by highly qualified coaches/instructors with college and/or professional sports backgrounds.
While everyone is welcome of any age, gender, race, or ability level, Dark Horse Fitness may not be for everyone. Our membership requirements are simple.
*You are committed to yourself and your own potential.
*You treat the facility as if it were your own home because it is for many.
*You trust the process and your coaches or instructors.
*You follow the Golden Rule with respect to gym etiquette.
*Always make an effort to support and encourage new members/athletes.
*Understand that everyone had to start from the beginning and many have to start over. Everyone has different personal goals. No one is better than anyone else. Anyone who is creating a negative environment that distracts members from training will be asked to leave.
