Jerad will be in today for a Kickboxing class at 5pm if any students would like to participate

Just a reminder to everyone there will be no Saturday class this week as we head to Plymouth, Indiana for a tournament we look forward to seeing as many students as possible there.

We here at American Karate Do send our prayers to the family and friends of this young lady who's life was taken.
