Welcome To THE SENDERA. TEXAS PRIME The Sendera Restaurant is the brainchild of proprietors, Dennis and Louise Patillo. The Patillo’s are the owners of a popular Victoria Restaurant, The PumpHouse Riverside Restaurant and Bar. In 2012, Kemp Properties, owners of the building known as OneO’Connor Plaza, contacted the Patillos to ask them to consider a restaurant venture on the 12th floor of their building. Ultimately, the decision was made to move forward. With an eye toward the great ranching history of the Crossroads area, the Patillos decided that a dining experience based upon the ranching heritage of the area held great appeal. Plans were solidified to remodel the facility appropriately with a new bar being added to an area that had formerly been used as a lobby. Panoramic vistas of the city are offered in each dining room and bar. The former bar and grill area of the 12th floor are being converted to a tequila bar, The Sendera Cantina.

Happy Monday from The Sendera! Today's lunch special is our corned beef grilled cheese. It's corned beef, cabbage, onion, Swiss cheese and horse radish creme sauce on sour dough bread. Served with a side of kettle chips. Have a great day!
