The Foolproof Guide To Ordering: 1) Allow ample time to place an order. As a general rule, brides want to place an order 5-6 months before the wedding for regular shipping. Rush shipping is available, but a bride should allow 3 months for faster shipping. 2) Bridesmaid gowns should be ordered at least 3 months before the wedding. Allow extra time for orders that need to be shipped out of state OR those that may need special alterations. Bridesmaid dresses can also arrive earlier with rush shipping. 3) Mom's dresses should be ordered at least 4 months before a wedding. Rush shipping may also be added to the order. If ordering rush, you need to still allow 3 months. 4) Always have a professional measure you! Don't rely on friends or yourself to do the measuring. This is your special day and every inch counts. 5) Always order based off of your largest measurement. You can size a dress down but it's hard to add what's not there. Remember that the sizes we carry are European sizes. You will measure out to be larger than sizing in Macy's or Kohl's. 6) Expect to have an alteration once the dress arrives. If alterations are not your thing, ask about ordering hem to hollow. NOTE: These are general rules.
