NEW, EXCITING classes are coming to the YMCA fitness schedule next week! Get your workout done bright & early- 6 AM Monday & Friday mornings at BODY SHRED! Instructor Jen Webb will challenge your muscular strength & endurance and transform your body! Cardio Shape is starting Wednesday @ 6 am and will take your fitness to the next level with variety and fun cardio routines! Cycling is BACK on Wednesday evenings from 5:30-6:15pm!

Fall Youth Sports are right around the corner! At the YMCA, we are focused on youth development, fundamentals & fun! We accomplish this by developing self-esteem and emphasizing good sportsmanship in our youth leagues. Our Flag Football, Soccer & Volleyball leagues foster this process while also teaching kids the Y's core values - Caring, Honesty, Respect & Responsibility. Evans brings her experience in playing and coaching to instruct campers in volleyball fundamentals; serving, passing, setting & attacking. Campers will learn volleyball skills in a fun, energetic atmosphere!
