Meet Maria, our latest “PHG Power Person:” exceptional members doing amazing things! Maria has lost 30 pounds since she started taking Les Mills™ classes at PHG and making changes to her nutrition! She stays active every day, and she LOVES Les Mills BODYPUMP (weight-training), BODYFLOW (yoga), and taking walks. "I love the music and the energy from the group and the instructors - I feed off it," Maria said. She credits intermittent fasting and using the app MyFitnessPal for helping her make changes to her diet. We applaud her for her incredible accomplishments, but even more so for her dedication and awesome spirit. After making these changes to her lifestyle, she feels a HUGE difference: "I feel so much better. I can walk farther, I can lift heavier, I'm more flexible."
