Improve Your Swim - June 9th & 10th 9am - 12pm; 2-day clinic Target and improve the technique and efficiency of your stroke and skills in the water! The first hour of classroom work will focus on instruction presented through reviewing film and visually seeing the stroke performed. Functional movements/drills will be demonstrated that will focus on improving flexibility and core strength. The following hours will be utilized to practice and improve the stroke inside of our pools. Instructors will assist your stroke individually and as a group. Class size is limited so register early!

Join us Tuesday, June 6 and Thursday, June 8 at 6:30pm to learn how to properly use a snorkel in various situations as well as water safety. Receive two 30 minute lessons for $15. In recognition of Global Running Day on June 7, we are offering a POP-UP Restorative Running Class at 5:30 pm. Join Chi Running certified coach and yoga instructor, Julie Morvant for an hour class in the Mind/Body room and the Fitness Center track. This is an injury prevention class that includes Chi Running and Yoga. It’s a Mind/Body workout including both alignment and relaxation. Learn how yoga increases flexibility and strength so that you can run for a lifetime.
