It’s chilly out tonight. Try one of our warm featured desserts after dinner. Pictured are our Pear Frangipanne Tart and Mom’s Carrot Cake. The pear tart starts with a pate sucre crust, topped with an almond paste based filling, topped with sliced bartlet pears. **Pairs beautifully with our Iniskillin Icewine. Mom’s Carrot Cake has carrots, pineapple, coconut, Texas pecans, and cream cheese icing. Served with a warm buttermilk glaze.
