THIS IS GOING TO BE A FUN ONE!!!! Have YOU ever thought about the design of grocery stores and why SO many are set up the same? 😳 Below are some GREAT facts 📝 to become aware of, that will help you be more successful with your grocery store visits! 🍎 PRODUCE PLACEMENT: You ever think about the reasoning of why the stores place the fruits and veggies right in the front of the store?? It’s to have you make your healthier choices first, to reason with yourself on purchasing the more unhealthier options in the isles later on. 🥣 THE CEREAL ISLE: Notice that the cereal is not place alphabetically band name or cereal brand? The cereal is scattered so that when you are looking for the healthier choices of brands, you see the great deals on others, to have you purchase more than just the one. 👀THIGH TO EYE ZONE: Now let’s talk about the food on the ends of the isles! Those area’s have either the stores biggest profit margins, OR they have company’s renting the space to blow inventory out. They ALSO have it designed to be an easy grab and go. No searching or bending over to grab! 🤗 CALMING WELCOME: Have you ever noticed that the really great-smelling areas of the grocery store like the bakery, flower counter, and coffee shop, are often the first sections you encounter upon entering the supermarket? That’s not a mistake. Those departments are strategically placed there because behavioral psychologists have learned that familiar, pleasant aromas calm us down and generate positive feelings toward our environment. ⚓️ So be mindful the next time heading into the store! And like I’ve mentioned before, bringing a list with you, can always best support you!
Have YOU ever used resistance bands in your training routine?? Isreal, one of our talented trainers here, was having two of his clients incorporating resistance bands in with their squats, creating more resistance through the squat, achieving greater results at the end of the set! 💪🏼 How can you add them into your routine moving forward??

Have you thought about what weight training actually does for your body BESIDES gaining strength or size? 🤔 Some of the other GREAT benefits include: ✅ Improved Energy: When weight training consistently, and strength improves, our bodies begin to move, function and operate more efficiently and with less effort, thus reserving energy levels. ✅ Weight Loss: When we weight train, we have such a deep breakdown in our muscles, that our body is at work long after our gym session on repairing the muscle tissue. This means more calories being burned throughout the day ✅ Faster Metabolism: With more lean muscle tissue being built, our metabolisms start ramping up. More lean muscle= more energy (calories) that your body burns, in functioning on a daily basis with "more to move". ✅ Decrease Stress Levels: When getting our pump on, our Cortisol hormone turns on, endorphins kick in, and daily stress is then released! Ever notice that you leave gyms typically in a better mood than when you went in? :) So let's GET ON that strength training game of ours! 💪🏼

Did you know?!?!? 😳 That the average person here in the states on the western diet (typical way of eating with common foods provided) get about 2-3 servings of fruits and vegetables daily, when our bodies function optimally off anywhere from 9-11??? And I'm not sure if you caught the fruits "AND" vegetables part meaning a combo of both. 😲 With that said, how can YOU be adding more fruits and veggies into your daily routine???
