With March upon us, it's time to remember that "Kitten Season" is right around the corner. "Kitten Season" is the name for the mating season for cats and is the time in which most unspayed females will wind up pregnant. Misfit Spay/Neuter Clinic wants you to remember that we offer package prices for males and females! The packages include the spay/neuter surgery, a 1-year rabies vaccine, a 4-in-1 feline distemper vaccine, and an ear tip. For Lake County residents, there are ways to help with the out-of-pocket cost: The Lake County rebate program (you pay up front and then submit for reimbursement) or through Stacks Foundation (you apply for a voucher and that amount comes off of the package price. Please call us for more information on pricing and scheduling. We thank you in advance for doing your part to keeping the number of unwanted kittens born this season.
