The SMFC began with a simple idea; uniting people who share two common interests: a love for music and a desire to perform in a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. We invite new singers to share this journey with us by attending open rehearsals and learn more about the SMFC. Our spring 2018 program entitled Pure Imagination will feature a program of magical, mysterious, and macabre musical content drawing on repertoire from the stage and screen. Selections will include “Phantom of the Opera”, “Sweeney Todd”, “Into the Woods”, “Everybody Rejoice”, “Magic To Do”, “Hernando’s Hideaway”, “Defying Gravity” and others! The concert will feature SMFC’s usual dose of special effects and other surprises and will be accompanied by live musicians.
