Come on out tonight at 6 for the last cardio/sculpt class of 2017! We will be on an abbreviated schedule till Jan 2 so that everyone can enjoy the season with family and friends. Make sure to check with the front desk, or your instructor, for specific class schedules thru Jan. 2. After the new year we will be full speed ahead with all our fitness goals and classes! Mark you calendar for Monday, January 8 at 6, when we will add our peaceful yoga/Pilates class back to the schedule. FA LA LA!!!
