As we discussed the first 2 healthy habits to assure wellneas are to Think right and Talk right the 2nd & 3rd healthy habits are to eat right and drink right. What you don't eat and drink may be more Important than what you do. Most folks don't drink enough water and eat enough fiber. Most don't eat 7 servings of veggies and fruits a day or eat any good fats each day. Most don't take supplements, women don't build there bone bank up with MCHC a complete bone food. Most don't detoxify and give their digestive system a few days rest once or twice a year. And just about every one of my patients that goes on a diet doesn't eat enough to sustain basic body functions. So pay attention to what your not doing and get yourself thinking.

EVERY DAY PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU DO. You need to think and talk right because what you think positive or negative affects you on a cellular level. Negative thoughts, anger and frustrated thoughts are processed by the brain and unregulate the sympathetic nervous system. And what you say is just as important. Do you say I can't or say negative things about youself or others or are you encouraging others with your words. As negative words enforce the negative thoughts and guess what negatively affect your health. Just think about how you phyaically feel when you are sad or depressed and you will understand what I'm saying. Tomorrow we will investigate the next 5 habits for a healthy you. Just think about it

What is EWOT? EWOT (pronounced e-watt) is Exercise With Oxygen Training. It is breathing higher levels of oxygen during exercise. You can use an exercise bike, treadmill, elliptical or whatever you're comfortable with. There are some exercise machines that actually raise the level of oxygen retained in your blood far more than any form of exercise known. This is called Super EWOT. Click here to learn more... Why EWOT? Breathing higher levels of oxygen during exercise increases strength, endurance and stamina. You can go longer with greater power. This means a more effective workout in the same time frame. In addition, the body operates better when your blood is oxygen rich. Top athletes will travel to the lowest elevation to breathe higher purity of oxygen while training. However, this purity is only 2-5% more than the standard 21% you breathe on average. EWOT will increase your purity by at least 40% (or 10x more than the lowest elevation).
