Jemison-Carnegie Heritage Hall provides experiences of excellence in both the arts and humanities for the community and region. In Talladega where antebellum homes abound, a surprising jewel of the City for art and history lovers is Jemison-Carnegie Heritage Hall. This elegant building, built in 1906 was originally the Talladega Public Library, a product of Andrew Carnegie's nationwide library construction program.
