Personal refers to us getting to know our clients; we will conduct a posture screening and complimentary assessment to make sure we are a good fit for their needs.  Our environment is also personal and private, unlike many alternative facilities that leave patrons waiting to use equipment, or have the feeling of being watched.  We also want our customers to feel like this is their gym, and that we are working for them, not the other way around.

Training is what we do, and we are good at it.  Our business model is to offer personal training that is private, safe, and focused on their goals.  Chicago Family Fit is a boutique style gym and is unique in that we are an appointment only facility.  This guarantees that the only people using the facility are working with their trainer.
