Lutz Law Offices has been knowledgeably representing clients in family law matters in the Pierce County, WA area since 1997. Lutz Law Offices primarily practices in matters of family law. We represent clients in a variety of sub-areas of this broad category, including dissolution (divorce), visitation, spousal maintenance (alimony), and child support. Additionally, we represent clients in domestic violence matters with domestic violence protection orders.
Our office has two attorneys, both of whom bring many years of experience to the table:
C. David Lutz served in the U.S. Navy, and during his service began earning his B.S. in Business and began attending law school. David was admitted to the bar in 1997 and has been practicing family law since.
Kevin G. Rundle, after working as a certified automobile technician for 10 years, decided to pursue a career in law. After graduation from law school, Kevin opened his own practice. As Kevin has a commitment to public service, he then spent 12 years working as the Director/Attorney for the YWCA Pierce County, before returning to private practice at Lutz Law Offices.
