Description
Vermont Coffee and Beer Shop, great espresso and lattes, homemade baked good, paninis, lunch items... and now beer, cider and wine! We are Stowe's favorite coffee and beer shop with the locals and visitors, on Main Street across from the Community Church. Our coffee is always freshly brewed, locally roasted coffee and responsibly sourced with 2-3 variety to choose from. Try an espresso in all its way, latté, mocha, maple, or the plain Italian way, 2 shots!
We also carry a wide variety of teas, Kombucha, iced teas, Italian sodas, smoothies, and local fresh cider.
Stop by for breakfast and grab one of our famous breakfast sandwiches prepared with local ingredients such as maple sausages and cheddar cheese. Also always available are fresh pastries, croissants, muffins, cookies and more... Enjoy our home-made granola with Greek yogurt, or treat the whole office, and bring your items for take out.
Lunch specials change daily and include quiche, cold or hot soups, panini, hot or cold wraps, sandwiches, and many delicious vegetarian options and chili.
Don't forget to check out our large case of desserts, cheese cake, key lime pie, flourless chocolate tarts and many more daily specialties. All perfect for a late afternoon snack, or for an after school treat for the kids. They'll love our hot cocoa, with or without marshmallows!

WE HAVE A JOB OPENING! Black Cap Coffee & Beer is seeking individuals to assist in our café-espresso / craft beer store in Stowe and/or Morrisville. Responsibilities will include: running the cash register, taking sandwich orders, selling craft beer, stocking, day-to-day maintenance and cleaning. Experience is strongly preferred but not required, will train the right person if you have a good attitude and like people. Part Time and Full Time positions available. Morning, day and evening shifts. AVAILABILITY ON WEEKENDS IS A MUST. Great consumer service skills required. Competitive pay according to experience. WE HAVE A JOB OPENING! Black Cap Coffee & Beer, Stowe's favorite coffee shop, is looking for a part-time prep cook/baker. We are looking for a self-motivated person with the ability to work early mornings. Tasks include making breakfast sandwiches, prepping sandwich station for the day, baking muffins, scones, cookies, croissants and cleaning/closing the kitchen when done with shift. Experience is preferred but not required: we are willing to train the right person. This is a part-time position but extendable to as much as 20-30 in hours per week on busy times. Option for cross-training in front counter/Barista shifts as well.
