[CLIENT SPOTLIGHT] John Lauchlan does his thing and we just live in his world. Huge shout out to John. Not only did he dominate the Turkish get up this past Monday but he has also surpassed a highe weight loss goal of his.... Down 24 lbs (22.9 fat) Since January.... 14 of it for the month of April :). All while he increased his lifts, eating 2,000 calories and dominating his runs. It was not that easy for him though. We had to take a step by step process.... we logged, planned and just started making better choices.. no strict diet.... just good clean eating and strength training. Awesome work John...your job to bring the snacks to class next time
