Lemon & Sage Artisan Kitchens, Bakery and Market is a culinary incubator (commercial kitchen space for hire) and specialty market in one. Lemon & Sage Artisan Kitchens, Bakery and Market was founded in 2015 out of a desire to provide an alternative to mass-produced, processed food for our local community. Simultaneously, we provide opportunities for small businesses to flourish and bring a vibrant addition to Main Streets across small-town America.
We strive to offer a combination of quality and value that can only come from local artisans, chefs, and skilled cooks, working with the finest ingredients to create dishes, condiments, and baked goods for their own community. Our Kitchens & Bakery were created to help locals launch small food businesses, while the Marketplace was created as a place where you can confidently pick up a healthy and ready-made dinner for the family, a jar of savory pasta sauce slow-cooked to perfection, or a delicious cake for that special occasion.
Our goal is to keep it simple, local and delicious.
