Your Best Life Starts Here! We are open 24 hours during the week, from Monday at 5am through Friday at 10pm. Our weekend hours are 8am-8pm.

Basic Membership: $10 per month. Annual fee of $39. Unlimited access to ONE location, and one Personalized Fitness Assessment.

Premium Membership: $25 per month. Annual fee of $39. Includes unlimited access to all locations,  Unlimited Tanning, Unlimited use of Massage Chairs, VIP Guest Privileges, 20% off Cooler Drinks, 20% off Supplements and One Personalized Fitness Assessment.

Level 10 Membership: $40 per month. No Joining fee! Annual fee of $39 .Includes all the benefits of the Premium membership as well as unlimited Level 10 small group personal training sessions and a monthly progress meeting.

Yesterday we said our goodbyes to the infamous Groot. Ginger worked for 10 Fitness for the past 3 years in various roles, including our Challenges and monthly Fox 16 segments. She wanted all of our members to know how much you have meant to her over that time. She will be missed and we wish her the best of luck! "Thank you all so much for the impact you have made on my life and fitness journey! I set out at 10 Fitness to inspire and motivate others; and discovered I have grown immensely due to all of you. This is a reminder that our 6 pm Level 10 class is canceled for tomorrow, August 9th. Three of our trainers (Kedric, Cody, and Zach) will be in Arkansas for their powerlifting competition, wish them luck! Sorry for any inconvenience.

Need to hit legs and short on time? Try this leg workout! All you need is a leg press. 50 reps 1 min rest 40 reps 1 min rest 30 reps 1 min rest 20 reps 1 min rest 10 reps 1 min rest Then go back up! When lowering the reps put on more weight and when raising the reps reduce the weight.
