2 days til open gym! For those that are new to this format we work on a certain skill set for 30-40 minutes and then play for the rest of the time. High reps and fast paced games! Hope to see you Sunday. 2-4 $10 per athlete

Th open gyms get better and better! We will be having another one this Sunday from 4-6. The coat is $10. These are great ways for athletes to work on their individual skills for School ball. High reps great coaching and a ton of fun!

We will be hosting another open gym Sunday at Next Level Achievments from 2-4. Cost is $10. Our last open gym was a blast and hoping to keep it going. It's all about high reps, fast paced drills and ending with scrimmages. Hope to see you all there!!
