Spring Lecture Series -- THIS SATURDAY! What WAS That Out There in the Dark? It could be a lion—okay, a mountain lion. They’re one of five exotic big cat species who have called Texas home. Monica Morrison, founder of Texas Native Cats and one-time Tiger Docent for the Dallas Zoo, will be at the Bob Jones Nature Center this Saturday to speak about our native big cats, and discuss how they fit into the ecology and growing population of Texas. 1pm this Saturday, 3/24 at the Bob Jones Nature Center. Free for Nature Center members or $7 for non-members. Email admin@bjnc.org to reserve your spot.
