Big shoutout to Chauncey and Seth! Chauncey has been crushing his class attendance over the past couple weeks and is doing an awesome job of holding himself accountable to consistency. Seth turned his old 1 RM Deadlift into a new 5 RM. Keep up the good work, guys!

We will be hosting a Nutrition Seminar this Sunday 2-3pm. The seminar is going to cover what it takes for any type of diet or way of eating to be successful. It will be helpful for anyone and everyone including paleo eaters, keto followers and everything in between. The topics will include nutrient timing, food composition and micronutrients, but it will focus primarily on caloric balancing and the basic rules for losing weight. We will also have a Q&A at the end where we can discuss how to implement the content of the seminar into different scenarios for specific members. This seminar is open to members and non-members. We hope to see you there!
