Hello team! Mother's day has come and gone, and we hope it was fantastic for you and your families. Our first Women’s Self-Defense workshop will be this coming Saturday, May 20, at 11:00 a.m. at the gym. Passes are still available ($40 for 6 classes, awesome value!), just in case you need something really amazing to apologize for any unfortunate Mother’s Day fails. ;) We can’t wait to see you there!

GRBJJ students and friends: Here is your friendly reminder: Mother's day is now less than 3 weeks away! You have been warned and have NO EXCUSES - be sure to do something amazing for the amazing women in your life. One such amazing option might be to sign them up for our new Women's Self-Defense Seminar series. 5 (ok, really 6) lessons for $40 - you know that's a great deal. Of course all our current teammates are welcome to join as part of your ongoing membership. Childcare for up to 2 kids (ages 4 and up) will be provided. It can't get much easier to introduce your wives, girlfriends, mothers, daughters, and great aunts to the Gentle Art - and get them some practical knowledge that could save a life someday! Oss!"
