We just want to say Thanks to a few groups of people: 1. Firefighters, police, all first responders - thanks for all you do, have done, and continue to do for our communities. (Joe Keechler, our quality manager is on the front lines. He is a fire fighter in Sonoma and cancelled a planned vacation to stay and fight for his neighbors, friends and family!) 2. Our customers for sticking with us through this week, we appreciate your loyalty. 3. Our suppliers for supporting our needs, Baldor specifically offered up their loading dock for use. 4. Our employees, we were open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Each day we had a small crew of dedicated people working to support getting products built and shipped. We shipped out everything that was due this week, no orders were late! We even worked on expedited orders by using distribution partners to fill orders for customers. We had to hand deliver the shipments to UPS. Please see the picture of our company truck filled and ready to head to the local UPS distribution center. We worked in N95 respiration masks, we worked with ash and smoke falling & surrounding us. We all felt fortunate to be able to work, sleep in our own beds and hug our loved ones. Many of our community members can’t say this. We feel lucky! Next week we hope for a level of normalcy, if it happens GREAT, if it doesn’t, we will be back doing what is needed to get our products built and shipped... while that seems small... it’s a big step to keep business rolling in an area that is devastated by these wildfires. Be Safe this weekend if you’re in the Zone! Jestin B Plowright VP sales & marketing

Our team spent 3 days at Baldor seeing several motor plants and doing an Audit at one facility. The team in Ft Smith and the sales team from Hayward are great hosts and we got to evaluate and learn a lot about how they do things. It was a great trip spent with great people. Until next time!
